THERAPY FOR TEENS In-Person in Danbury & Online Across ConnecticuT, NEW YORK & PSYPACT-Eligible States

Together, we’ll help her worry less & feel more confident as she is.

Being a teenage girl is hard.

Reaching out for support shows you're committed to helping your teen thrive—and so am I.

It feels like just yesterday you were buckling them into a car seat, and now they’re rolling their eyes every time you speak. It’s hard to watch your teen distance herself as she tries to figure out who she is as an individual.

Maybe your teen has been…

My Approach

A place for your teen to feel seen, heard, & understood.

When we begin, the first step will be sitting down with your teen—and with you, if they’d like—to really get to know her. We’ll explore her history, experiences, and what matters most to her, so I can fully understand what she’s been through and where she might be struggling. From there, we’ll work together to set meaningful goals and create a plan that feels right for your teen.

Confidentiality is essential for your teen to feel safe opening up to me,

And I want to make sure that everyone understands and feels comfortable with this from the start. What your teen shares in our sessions stays between the two of us, unless it’s something that could put her or someone else in danger. If there’s ever something I think you should be aware of, your teen and I will discuss it together to determine the best way to move forward.

Adolescence is often a challenging time, and despite what some might say, these years aren’t necessarily the best of her life. It’s a period filled with awkwardness and discomfort for most, and it’s likely the things your teen is going through are normal. Regardless of what’s going on, I’m confident there’s a path forward, and I’m here to walk alongside you and your child the whole way.

Specialized therapy for teens can help your child grow into the best version of themselves.
